Further Development

The Production Houses and Directors would like to screen their movies or serials in order to know if there is anything that they would like to change or edit in the Film or Serial. They also would like to invite their friend’s acquaintances for viewing the films. They would also like to launch their shows which they would like to start from where they finish and finalize their show. These film screens also can be worked or used for filming shots in these areas as these theatres are also one of the most important and inevitable spots these days.

Any Actors or Actresses who’s film(s) have done business of 100 crore will have high priority and require high amount of luxury in order to accommodate their stature. It would ideally be inevitable for us to not to create such villas for them as they are the most important and highly priority individuals from shooting point of view and luxury point of view. We would require to build about 3 to 4 such individual bungalows or villas with all the major facilities that are mentioned below:

• Swimming Pool
• Gymnasium
• Parking Facility

These Bungalows/Villas can also be used as one of the major spots for filming purpose. The filming of Films and Television Serials these days have requirement of showing a particular society of bungalows/villas which can be fulfilled by using these bungalows/villas.

While we are going to accommodate such a huge number of manpower in one place with all the major facilities we would also like to take care of their important day to day niche requirements. These requirements can be either fulfilled by creating a Super Store or Departmental store which will help us to not lose any individuals findings the day to day material in the city. Also, since the Laxmi Studio is situated on a highway it will not be easy for individuals to get their required material from any nearby stores. However, a Super Store or a Departmental Store will be highly helpful for the complete cast and crew as well as individuals working in the studio.

Now that we propose to build and expand Laxmi Studio to such an extent it will require a huge amount of parking in order to accommodate the film unit’s vehicles which could be of any size starting from a bicycle, 2 wheeler, auto rickshaws, regular cars, antique cars, luxury cars or heavy body trucks. This parking area will also be able to accommodate the vehicles that are used by the cast and crew to go out in the city or any other location that they would like to go. This will also help them to not to encounter any kind of issues related to theft of their vehicles and material in their vehicles.

A serviced apartment is a type of furnished apartment available for short-term or long-term stays, which provides amenities for daily use. Serviced apartments can be less expensive than equivalent hotel rooms. These serviced apartments would have basic amenities for the spot boys and helpers in order to not go away or get scattered from their shooting unit which can help them to have easy access to every individual of the crew and get in touch with each other for any and every requirement. This can also avoid the issue of local transport which helps them to be at the shooting spot in time without facing any kind of hassle of catching up any kind of public transport. This can be largely being very helpful and cost effective for all the Production Houses to get their filming done in time and finish it according to their work schedule.
